PAYMENT POLICY

Medical services are provided and billed by Spectrum Rehab LLC. Our providers participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. Following are the health plans which we currently accept.

If your plan is not listed, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf. However, self pay options are available.  

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible for upon your visit.

Spectrum is Medicare Part B certified and accepts most other insurance companies. Spectrum will do all insurance approvals so that your office does not have to.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need a referral?

The short answer is No. We are always happy to provide a complimentary evaluation and then decide if you would benefit from therapy. If so, some insurances do require referrals and we will work directly with you, your doctor and your insurance. Many plans allow open access/no referral. 

How long will it take be seen by a therapist?

We pride ourselves on scheduling patients within 24 hours of receiving their information. Typically, your therapist will call to schedule with you directly and you will be seen within a week. 

​What if I cannot physically get to one of your locations?

We provide home care for patients whose insurance authorizes it. If it is a matter of transportation, we can direct you to services that may pick you up and return you to home.

Do you take Medicare Part B?

Yes, we do!

Will I have a co-pay?

It all depends on your insurance. We ask that co-pays are paid upon your arrival at your appointment. 

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. A $25 fee may be assessed for same day cancellations.
