Strength and Conditioning

Geared towards athletes looking for a weekly 2-day, 3-day, or 4-day strength and conditioning training plan.


Individualized programming catered to the athletes’ needs based on prior experience, injury history, sport(s), age, and goals. Whether it’s a male baseball player looking to gain muscle and improve arm health or a female soccer player who wants an ACL injury prevention-based program, our strength coach will specialize to their needs.

Proteus Evaluations

The Proteus is a one-of-a-kind 3D resistance training tool that allows for in-depth evaluation of an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses. The information allows programming to take a more direct approach based on areas in which the athlete is deficient. With one simple test we can see if the athlete is speed dominant, power dominant, balance-oriented, or none of the above and from there, we provide training recommendations.

Bridge Program

A program that is designed to bridge the gap between injury to return to play. The goal is to make sure the athlete is ready to play once he or she is cleared to play. Includes individualized physical therapy for all injured and post-surgical athletes. Upon completion of the physical therapy plan, the athlete then transitions into a sport-specific strength and conditioning plan to ensure he or she returns stronger than ever.

Youth Training

Peak Performance Sport Gym offers multiple youth training camps designed for first-time lifters. Under the careful eye of a strength and conditioning coach, young athletes learn the foundations of strength training while also getting a leg up on competition of a similar age. This allows for a smooth transition from youth training to a more traditional strength and conditioning program.
